We are a not-for-profit city. We are not looking for equity investors. We are not looking for our community to be squeezed in any way. In a world that is getting too expensive to live. We have an answer.

- Good Paying Local Jobs: From grocers to engineers. ThalaCast is not just a utility and home provider, it provides direct employment for all of the original downtown. The grocery and general stores. The original restaurants. The coffee shops and arcades.
- A City that Works for You: All of the money that goes into the city, stays in the city. It works every day to make life better for its residents. The key is the affordability. As soon as the last house of Phase 1 (1,000 homes) is completed, the next track will already be laid out and ready to build.
- Self-Reliant System: Our water comes from the ocean, the power comes from the sun. The reality is that we are creating a community which can live in prosperity. Our 2,000 square foot, four bedroom houses, are very basic and affordable to make, so they should be affordable to live in. We are proposing a $1,500 monthly bill that includes rent and all utilities.

This is the lean, highly specialized team that operates the city's critical infrastructure. Because our microgrid and ZLD water systems are heavily automated, this core team stays incredibly efficient.

- Desalination Technicians: Operating the RO membranes and ensuring the toxic brine is pulled safely away from our shores.

The lifeblood of the city's culture and daily living. This sector employs hundreds of residents, providing stable, reliable careers with strong municipal benefits, ensuring that wealth stays within the community rather than being extracted by outside corporations.
- Downtown Grocery & Hardware Operations: Store managers, cashiers, shelf stockers, and inventory specialists.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Loading dock workers, electric transit drivers, and warehouse handlers.
