A New Blueprint for Humanity
ThalaCast is a shovel-ready infrastructure project. We do not rely on experimental physics to achieve municipal resilience. Every component of our city—from the Iron-Air battery vaults to the ZLD crystallizers and vacuum sewers—is commercially available technology. Our proprietary value is in the symbiotic integration of these systems.
Because ThalaCast acts as a real-world blueprint for solving drought, power grid failure, and zero-emission housing, we are looking to secure non-dilutive government grants to fund the heavy utility infrastructure; significantly de-risking the project.
The total Capital Expenditure for Phase 1 covers the complete acquisition, engineering, and construction of the 1,000-unit residential block, the heavy utilities, the waste-to-gold industrial park, and the city itself.
| Infrastructure Sector | |
|---|---|
| Piping Infrastructure & Water Towers | $77,950,000 |
| Power Grid (80MW Solar, 300MWh Vaults, Fiber) | $65,800,000 |
| Desalination Plant (Intake to Pure Freshwater) | $43,000,000 |
| Brine Processing & ThalaBlock Manufacturing | $53,000,000 |
| 1,000 Smart Housing Units | $50,000,000 |
| Waste-to-Gold Industrial Complex | $22,380,000 |
| AI Center Thermal Infrastructure | $8,020,000 |
| Downtown Commercial Plaza & Waterpark | $12,450,000 |
| Phase 0 Base Camp, Municipal Fleet & Operations | $3,705,000 |
| Miscellaneous | $23,695,000 |
| Total Phase 0-1 CapEx | $360,000,000 |
Traditional municipalities and data centers are crippled by variable utility costs. ThalaCast generates 100% of its own power, distills its own water, and processes its own waste on-site. Therefore, our municipal utility exposure is zero.
We operate on an incredibly lean municipal workforce of just around 50 highly skilled specialists across six utility and administrative divisions. Furthermore, we guarantee our multi-decade survival by baking a Capital Reserve Fund directly into our annual operating budget, ensuring we pre-fund the eventual replacement of heavy infrastructure without ever taking on municipal debt.
| Operational Sector | Annual Allocation |
|---|---|
| Core Municipal Payroll (51 Headcount) | $4,040,000 |
| Benefits, Taxes & Insurance (~30%) | $1,212,000 |
| Daily Hardware Maintenance & Minor Consumables | $250,000 |
| Capital Reserve (25-Year Sinking Fund) Pre-funds eventual lifecycle replacement of solar panels, battery chemistry, RO membrane skids, and heavy lift pumps. |
$1,800,000 |
| Total Annual OpEx | $7,302,000 |
This lean, fully self-funded operational profile guarantees that once a fraction of our housing or AI compute capacity is leased, the entire city breaks even indefinitely, turning the remaining capacity into surplus capital for the Asociación Civil.
Because the city is highly automated, we operate on an incredibly lean municipal workforce of just around 50 highly skilled specialists across six divisions. Our total baseline operating cost (OpEx)—including comprehensive payroll, benefits, and hardware maintenance—is capped at roughly $7.3M per year.
All utilities included rental homes, for just $1,500 per month, comes out to $18M per year as opposed to our $7.3M OpEx. This has no baring on the Waterpark and the economy aspect. The profits are tremendous. The best part is, this all goes to expansion and to the betterment of the city.
This is the ThalaCast way.
